The under-five child mortality rate across the globe is shockingly high. UNICEF, through A Promise Renewed, is trying to reduce the number of kids each year who die avoidable deaths.

In the West, we're used to seeing the faces of starving children in Africa on television. Even numb to it. We wanted to confront people with a question that focused on the possibilities rather than the problem and effectively shift their perspective. Each time the Yes button is clicked, it's visible to anyone viewing the site across the world in real-time and the number on the ticker continues to grow.
